Identity and Profile Information, such as Your business name, registered business address, business email address, business registration details, business preferences, content and information about Your business including photographs and videos, work experience, credit or debit card details, government-issued identifiers (PAN details), GST details, tax residency certificate, information from testimonials, polls, surveys feedbacks. 

  3. Business and Project Information, such as information about ongoing or completed projects, project requirements, and preferences.

  4. Technical Information, which includes Your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, demographics, Your computer’s operating system, device ID, frequency of visiting Our website and use of the Platform and information collected via cookies.  

  5. Usage Information, which includes information about how You use the Services, Your activity on the Platform, order history.

If You have reason to believe that a minor has provided data to Us through our Websites or Services, please reach out to us at grievanceofficer@casantro.com for assistance. We will endeavour to delete that information and terminate the minor’s account from Our database,


14.  RIGHTS OF USERS

  1. Right to withdraw consent: If You wish to opt-out and/or do not wish to be contacted, You can send an email to grievanceofficer@livspace.com from Your registered email address on our Platform, along with Your contact number. Upon receipt of this email, Your contact details will be removed from all Our telemarketing calling lists within 15 (fifteen) business days.

  2. Right of rectification: Users have the right to have their information rectified if that information is inaccurate or incomplete.

  3. Right to access, update or delete the information We have of the User:This can be done through Your account’s settings available on the website.

  4. Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed about third parties with whom their information has been shared. 

Please note that You may be asked to verify Your identity before responding to such requests. If You are unable to perform these actions themselves, please get in touch with our grievance officer.
